Response Time

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Review the notice within 24-48 hours
• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
• Notify the content provider of the removal
• Provide confirmation to the complaining party

We take copyright infringement seriously and will act promptly on all legitimate notices.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. A counter-notification must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that has been removed
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, and telephone number
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court

Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a policy of terminating access for users who are repeat infringers of copyright laws.

If we receive multiple valid DMCA notices regarding the same content or user, we reserve the right to:

• Remove all related content permanently
• Ban IP addresses associated with infringement
• Report repeat offenders to appropriate authorities
