Response Time

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Review the notice within 24-48 hours
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
  • Notify the content provider of the removal
  • Provide confirmation to the complaining party

We take copyright infringement seriously and will act promptly on all legitimate notices.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. A counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court

Warning About False Claims

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.

Filing a false DMCA notice may result in legal consequences, including:

  • Damages and costs, including attorney's fees
  • Civil penalties
  • Criminal prosecution for perjury

Repeat Infringer Policy
